Disponer de las mejores cafeter\u00edas, los helados m\u00e1s exquisitos, una buena variedad de\u00a0<em>fast food<\/em> y de restaurantes tem\u00e1ticos o especializados hacen m\u00e1s grande el acudir a dar un paseo y a realizar nuestras compras de temporada o algunos regalitos y caprichos especiales en un centro comercial y no en otro.<strong> Bonaire, el gran escaparate de ocio de Aldaya<\/strong>, tiene esta idea muy clara y, por eso, este viernes 13 de noviembre ha presentado por todo lo alto (y nunca mejor dicho) su nueva oferta de remodelaci\u00f3n, para captar esos clientes que todav\u00eda no se deciden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/youvalencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_72921.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-9733 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/youvalencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_72921-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_7292\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/youvalencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_72921-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/youvalencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_72921-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>El espect\u00e1culo <strong><em>Transforma-T<\/em><\/strong> fue el mayor protagonista de la velada, toda una ilusi\u00f3n \u00f3ptica del referente creador y core\u00f3grafo <strong>Toni Mira,<\/strong> que sirvi\u00f3 para dar luz, ilusi\u00f3n y magia a este <strong>#UnexpectedEvent<\/strong> del centro comercial Bonaire, que confirm\u00f3 este fin de semana la ampliaci\u00f3n de su apuesta de ocio, para la cual se invertir\u00e1 (de la mano de la francesa Unibail-Rodamco) 25 millones de euros, en un \u00e1rea que generar\u00e1 400 empleos. Eso s\u00ed, y para los amantes de restaurantes como <strong>Muerde la Pasta o Vandalo<\/strong>, la mala noticia es que las obras, que ya est\u00e1n en marcha, no culminar\u00e1n hasta el oto\u00f1o del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o 2016, cuando se abrir\u00e1 al p\u00fablico un 20% m\u00e1s de Bonaire, con 30.000 metros cuadrados de espacio orientado a la gastronom\u00eda y al ocio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/youvalencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_72903.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-9737 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/youvalencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_72903-300x257.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_7290\" width=\"300\" height=\"257\" srcset=\"https:\/\/youvalencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_72903-300x257.jpg 300w, https:\/\/youvalencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_72903-1024x878.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/youvalencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_72903.jpg 1485w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Seguramente, todos aquellos que hay\u00e1is visitado el centro comercial desde este verano habr\u00e9is descubierto que su zona de restaurantes estaba cerrada, sin previo aviso y<strong> sin la posibilidad de poder comer o cenar<\/strong> en cualquiera de sus franquicias y cafeter\u00edas, salvo las que se ubican en la misma plaza central de Bonaire. Y esto se debe a esa remodelaci\u00f3n que el centro comercial ha presentado, en su nuevo concepto de \u00ab<strong><em>dining experience<\/em><\/strong>\u00bb y que abrir\u00e1 20 nuevos restaurantes, \u00abcon las franquicias m\u00e1s conocidas y espacio para la gastronom\u00eda valenciana, con talleres gastron\u00f3micos y espect\u00e1culos y espacios infantiles, y con grandes terrazas\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/youvalencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_72913.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-9738 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/youvalencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_72913-300x257.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_7291\" width=\"300\" height=\"257\" srcset=\"https:\/\/youvalencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_72913-300x257.jpg 300w, https:\/\/youvalencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_72913-1024x878.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/youvalencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_72913.jpg 1485w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Lo har\u00e1 en su gran apuesta para revitalizar este centro comercial, afectado por no ser zona tur\u00edstica y, por tanto, con la imposibilidad de que sus puntos de venta de moda y complementos no puedan abrir domingos y ciertos festivos. No ocurre as\u00ed con la<strong> restauraci\u00f3n y el ocio<\/strong> y, si bien muchos clientes habituales echan de menos esa oferta, paralizada durante m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o, seg\u00fan las previsiones de Bonaire. La nueva cara del centro comercial se ubicar\u00e1 en las alturas, en la primera planta del complejo, <strong>dividi\u00e9ndose en dos zonas<\/strong>: una al\u00a0exterior, al aire libre en el lado sur; y otra cubierta en la parte central junto al acceso de los cines, que ha cambiado actualmente de ubicaci\u00f3n y que seguir\u00e1n funcionando, para fortuna de los visitantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Im\u00e1genes: You Valencia<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Uno de los grandes alicientes de acudir a un centro comercial es, sin duda, su oferta de restauraci\u00f3n.
