Hablamos de la fuente de la barca, ubicada entre la <strong>playa de El Cabanyal y la de La Malvarrosa,<\/strong> que ahora tiene una nueva imagen, mucho m\u00e1s seductora y atractiva, gracias a una remodelaci\u00f3n que llevaba semanas gest\u00e1ndose.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/youvalencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/BMpRXX5CYAAZGkY.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-34247 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/youvalencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/BMpRXX5CYAAZGkY-201x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"201\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/youvalencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/BMpRXX5CYAAZGkY-201x300.jpg 201w, https:\/\/youvalencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/BMpRXX5CYAAZGkY.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 201px) 100vw, 201px\" \/><\/a>Porque el Ayuntamiento de Valencia, a trav\u00e9s de su Concejal\u00eda de Parques y Jardines, ha puesto de nuevo en funcionamiento la <strong>fuente de la barca del paseo mar\u00edtimo<\/strong> de la capital del Turia, situada en el tramo que sirve de divisoria entre la playa de Las Arenas -la de El Cabanyal- y la de La Malvarrosa. La popular fuente (y la \u00fanica del barrio de Cabanyal &#8211; Canyamelar) representa la rosa de los vientos, y llevaba cinco a\u00f1os sin funcionar, a consecuencia de sucesivos temporales y lluvias intensas, que inundaron el foso de bombas e inutilizaron la instalaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica de la misma.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso, el organismo aut\u00f3nomo municipal de Parques y Jardines Singulares, as\u00ed como la<strong> Escuela Municipal de Jardiner\u00eda y Paisaje,<\/strong> han llevado a cabo esta reforma durante el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o. La intervenci\u00f3n ha supuesto varias actuaciones, como adecuar el foso, instalar nuevas bombas y nuevos cuadros el\u00e9ctricos y, tambi\u00e9n, se ha tenido que reparar elementos del circuito hidr\u00e1ulico que estaban averiados, as\u00ed como se han enmendado varios desperfectos existentes en la quilla y en la vela de la barca. Tambi\u00e9n se han limpiando todas estas estructuras, as\u00ed como los surtidores de agua, sustituy\u00e9ndose a su vez los defectuosos, tal y como ha explicado el propio <strong>Ayuntamiento de Valencia<\/strong> en un comunicado enviado a los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/youvalencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/IMAGEN_1_061468.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-34245 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/youvalencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/IMAGEN_1_061468-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/youvalencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/IMAGEN_1_061468-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/youvalencia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/IMAGEN_1_061468.jpg 392w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Adem\u00e1s, la rehabilitaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n ha consistido en la limpieza e impermeabiliaci\u00f3n del vaso de la fuente, que ahora tiene instalados hasta <strong>150 focos de tecnolog\u00eda LED<\/strong> de bajo consumo, lo que permitir\u00e1 la iluminaci\u00f3n nocturna de la fuente con criterios de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica. Todo esto permite que, desde este mismo verano, el barrio del Cabanyal y el paseo mar\u00edtimo puedan lucir de nuevo una de las fuentes m\u00e1s ic\u00f3nicas de la ciudad, que aparece en multitud de postales y fotograf\u00edas de redes sociales.
